JCARE Disability and Support Service is founded by a family run entity who have extensive experience of working within Aged Care, Disability ,Mental Health Sector and Residential Group Homes. Our vast experience of working within the Community Service Sector as proprietors of a Residential Group Home has enabled us the opportunity to support clients from various walks of life. We are loving, we listen, we are present in the moment, and we serve others without prejudice. Our passion is to see everyone reach and achieve their goal and we are committed to providing exceptional service to see individuals live a life with quality, growth and prosperity. I am very happy with the JCARE Management and staff. I get support with community access and my personal care. The staff members are very efficient when I need assistance or want something done.
